Synopsis/notice of intent: this is a synopsis of proposed contract action in accordance with far 5.201(b)(1)(i). The 763d specialized contracting squadron requires analytical graphics inc`s (agi) software tool kit (stk) software and accompanying integration and support. The proposed solicitation number for this contract is fa4452-19-r-a007. The period of performance for this contract will be 30 sep 19 - 29 sep 24, and performance will be at scott air force base. The government intends to negotiate with only one source and issue a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to nextgen federal systems, llc, 1399 stewartstown rd ste 350., morgantown, wv 26505, under the authority, 10 usc 2304(c)(1) as implemented by far 6.302-1(a)(2); only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required, due to the proprietary nature of the software. This is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal, which may be considered by the agency. Agi has an exclusive strategic relationship with nextgen becoming agi`s sole integration partner. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The resultant contract action will be firm-fixed price. Verbal requests will not be acted upon. The north american industry classification system (naics) code is 541512.
