Short description : Increased use of the Internet, and in particular the Ministry`s launch of a separate tool for promoting cases and collecting signatures, minsak.no, may have helped to lower the threshold for implementing the scheme and thus also made it better known. At the same time, we know little about the total scope of such proposals of lateover the years, how they are promoted and followed up. The Ministry therefore wants to carry out a study of the scheme with citizens` proposals.
