7. Contract description
The Project will be broadly organised around three components: Strengthening the
institutional and organisational structures, systems and processes of coordination within the
public administration reform (PAR) sector in BiH required for implementation of the PAR
Strategic Framework; support to the PAR sector in order to create preconditions for budget
support, and the strengthening of the visibility of the PAR process.
