Tenders are invited for Support the Function of Economics Management of the Societe Anonyme "Public Private Fund Asset Fund".

1. The public limited company under the name "Public Utilities Development Fund SA" (hereinafter referred to as "TAEPED") is interested in hiring an accountancy - audit company, which will provide the following services:

1.1. Accounting support

· Observance of statutory books, preparation of monthly / quarterly / half-yearly and annual financial statements and reports

according to IFRS and ELP.

· Preparation of the financial statements and other reports resulting from the inclusion of the TAIFA in the General Government

· Preparation of monthly summary financial reports to the sole shareholder of EESYP SA.

1.2 Cash management (collection and payment, agreement of other suppliers and receivables, fund agreement and bank accounts, reporting).

1.3 TAIPE Tax Administration, handling of all FIAD declarations, including withholding taxes, VAT returns, and income tax.

It does not include the writing of real estate statements managed by the FATF.

1.4. Payroll management, including the performance of company's declarative obligations.Audit of compliance of the TAFPA with the provisions governing the keeping of books, records and procedures concerning the payroll of TAFEP staff. 1.5 Management of personnel contracts, partners and consultants.

2. Service provision is one year from 1 January 2019, with the possibility of extending up to one additional year.

3. The annual budget of the project amounts to € 130, 000, plus VAT.

4. The minimum personnel required to provide the above services is determined by three persons (assistant accountant level) who will provide daily services at the headquarters of the TAIFA. 6. The award will be made in accordance with the Fund Rules and Procedures Regulation, as provided for in paragraph 4 of article 8 of Law 3986/2011, has been prepared by the Board of Directors of the Fund and approved by the Prime Decision No. 2/16128/0025 / 19.02.2014 of the Minister of Finance (Government Gazette B '
