7. Contract description
The services will strengthen the ‘Working Better Together- approach as set out in the new European Consensus at country level. The contract will provide technical assistance to EU Delegations and Member States Embassies at country level as well as to the relevant EU and Member States HQ services in support of greater coordination and coherence in European development cooperation at country level. The technical assistance will include support to analysis, documentation of operational knowledge, capacity development and training, facilitation of dialogue and coordination, communication and visibility actions. The assistance will be provided across a range of policy areas including: development effectiveness, financing for development, joint programming, joint implementation, SDG localisation, implementation of the Agenda 2030.
