Tenders are invited for Support for the Design and Development of a Legal Framework for Planning, Development, Planning Development, Valorisation, Management and Upgrading of Industrial Reception Infrastructures in Morocco .

The Government of the Kingdom of Morocco concluded, on November 30, 2015, a second cooperation program (Compact II) with the United States Government of America, represented by the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), with the aim of enhancing the quality of human capital and improving the productivity of land.
MCC's budget for Compact II, which came into effect on June 30, 2017, is $ 450 million, plus a contribution from the Government of Morocco worth at least 15% of the US contribution. . The global budget will finance, over a period of five years, two projects, namely "Education and training for employability" and "Productivity of land", the implementation of which has been entrusted to the Millennium Challenge Account-Morocco Agency. Through this specific procurement notice, the MCA-Morocco Agency solicits proposals for the services of a consulting firm to provide "Support to the Design and Development of a Legal Framework for Planning, Development, Development, Valorisation, Management and Upgrading of Industrial Reception Infrastructures in Morocco ".
