Description of the contract
The objectives pursued by the technical assistance are as follows:
-Develop a communication strategy (including an action plan) with a national focus on the integrated Local development pilot Initiative/IPDLI, (ii) on the reform of decentralization as a whole, in order to improve its knowledge and to encourage ownership by its actors and beneficiaries.
-to accompany the actors concerned with the production of tools and instruments for the implementation of the Plan of Action developed.
