Tenders are invited for Support to the Cartography of the Organization of the Piloting and the Supervision of the Companies and Public Establishments and to the Definition of the Contracting Framework State-EEPs.

The Minister of Finance launches on behalf of its Ministerial Department an Open International Invitation to Tender to bid for the Open International Invitation to Tender for the realization of the mission mapping / diagnosis of existing structures and involved in the management of Public Establishments and Public Enterprises of Cameroon as well as updating the institutional framework and the tools of the contractualization between the State and the Enterprises and Public Establishments.

The objective of this study is, on the one hand, to map the existing structures involved in (i) supervision, (ii) strategic management, (iii) shareholder policy (roles, responsibilities, relationships, operating methods)., capacities, etc ...), with a benchmark to put in perspective with other organizational options, working in other countries, and on the other hand, to propose an update of the framework institutionalization of State-EEP contractualization and the State`s "Toolbox" in this area, with a view to better linking the setting of objectives and the resources mobilized, enhanced monitoring and implementation
