Abstract: Hampshire County Council will contract for an initial term of 4 (four) years followed by optional extensions to a max of 10 years (ten) 4 + 2 + 2 + 2.The total max budget has been approved by Hampshire County Council Members as 1 800 000 GBP across the maximum 10 (ten) years allowing for all requirement for older persons, also allowing for optional requirements for learning disabilities.High level requirements of the software management system:— pre-admission assessments, — support plan, — clinical care plan, — food and fluid intake, — photographs of the resident, — risk assessments, — systems alerts for care tasks that are due, — voice to text (desirable), — capture of the signatures (desirable), — reporting, — the ability to work offline on a mobile device and synchronise records once the device is online.
