Tenders are invited for Supplying of Solid Waste Steel containers for Multi-Southern Areas in West Bank, Palestine.

The Palestine Liberation Organization, for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority (PNA), has received financing through the Local Government and Services Improvement Program (LGSIP) which is formulated by the PA in order to respond to the institutional and financial challenges which face the Village Councils (VCs).
The LGSIP focusses attention on VCs- service delivery responsibilities and provides technical, institutional and financial support to VCs through a combination of PA budgetary support as well as specific Technical Assistance (TA) and investment support by Development Partners “DPs”. The Municipal Development and Lending Fund (MDLF) is entrusted in the execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the received financing of the (LGSIP) Program to eligible payments under the contract for: Supplying of Solid Waste Steel containers for Multi-Southern Areas in West Bank, Palestine Contract No. LGSIP-HJSC/1121092-02 for the benefit of Joint Services Councils in Bethlehem & Hebron Governorates.

1. The Joint Service Council For Solid Waste Management - Hebron & Bethlehem Governorates (JSC-H&B) has received financing from the KFW toward the cost of the Local Governance and Services Improvement Program, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supplying of Solid Waste Steel containers for Multi-Southern Areas in West Bank, Palestine.
2. JSC-H&B now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supplying of Solid Waste Steel containers for Multi-Southern Areas in West Bank, Palestine.
3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank-s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, January 2017 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from JSC-H&B, Eng. Majed Al-Sari', majedsari@gmail.comand inspect the bidding document during office hours (08:30 am to 01:30 pm local time) at the address given below from 13/10/2018 to 22/11/2018 (Saturday through Thursday).
5. The bidding document in English may be purchased directly from JSC-H&B office accountant as per the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of EUR 200 or equivalent amount of freely convertible currency, the method of payment will be direct deposit to specified account number-IBAN given below.
6. The grant is VAT included, bidders to price with VAT.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:00 noon of 25/11/2018 (Local Time). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 12:00 noon of 25/11/2018 (Local Time).
8. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Bid closing and must be
accompanied by a bid security of EUR 12, 000 (Twelve Thousand Euro) or
equivalent amount of freely convertible currency, the Bid Security should be valid
for 148 days after the bid submission deadline date.
