Eligibility of Tenderer : All e-Gp Registered Cement Manufacturer/Supplier in Bangladesh & who fulfill the Qualification Criteria as below :a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.b) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 2, 80, 00, 000/- under single contract over a period of last 5 years shall be required.c) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: 13000 Bag/month.d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 3, 20, 00, 000/- [In case of liquid assets, statement (print) of bank accounts of the bidder issued within 28 days before bid submission deadline; in case of working capital, the last year audited balance sheet of the bidder; in case of credit facilities, as per standard tender document the certificate issued by the bank referencing to this package number, tender ID and reference number should be considered for evaluation.]e) In case of supplier, Manufacturer''s authorization is required.
