A) IPA hereby invites national tenders for the provision of stationaries as follow:
The tender is made of different lots.
The selected service provider will serve IPA fr only items as specified in article B.1 below.
Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all individuals or companies that supply office stationery.
Well written bids, written in English, properly arranged should be submitted in sealed envelope to IPA Rwanda Office located Plot 1123, KK23/KK387, Kicukiro (IPA Rwanda office map). September 20, 2018 12:00 pm. local time and late bids will not be considered.
The bids will remain valid for 60 days starting from the deadline for their submission.
Bids must be stated in Rwanda Francs in numbers and words including VAT, if applicable
Bids must demonstrate the supplier’s capacity to deliver the stated scope of items,
Bids must provide three references for similar work completed

Prices quoted must be fixed and valid for 14 months from the date of closure of the tender.
2. Delivery and payment conditions
a. The price per item must include delivery, within 2 working days, from the receipt of purchase order to the IPA office.
b. IPA payment will be done after delivery of the ordered items for each and every purchase order within 15 days
3. Documents Comprising the Bid
The Bids shall comprise of the following:
Full address of bidding company indicating Country, Province, District, Sector, Cell, Village, Street number, E-mail, telephone number, Post office box and Bank account details.
Copy of Trading License;
Original or a certified copy of the tax clearance certificate;
VAT certificate offered by RRA;
References of at least three similar contracts executed;
Company profile;
Written confirmation authorizing the signatory of the bid to commit the bidder.
