Tenders are invited for Supplying Hospitality / Refreshment for Sport Sessions.

Gaza Community Mental Heath Programme (GCMHP) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Palestine. GCMHP Introduced Community Mental Healthcare in Gaza. It Provides Specialized Mental Health and Psycho-Social Services. GCMHP is Recognized as a Benchmark for the Delivery of Quality Services, Evidence-Based and Action-Oriented Research. GCMHP Provinces Education Programs with a Well-Established International Network, Partnering with Others to Deliver Effective Care Programs. In Addition, it Supports the Organizational Capacity of Other Actors to Provide Basic Mental Healthcare and Assists Them to Integrate Psycho-Social Support into Their Development and Humanitarian Interventions.

GCMHP Wishes to Issue a Tender for Suppling Hospitality/Refreshments for Sport Sessions within Project: "Sports for Smiles Phase 2”, the Project is Implemented by GCMHP in Cooperation with Deutsche Gesellschaft for Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GMBH, Funded by the German Federal Foreign Office.

Interested Companies with Experience in Such Field may Obtain the Tender Documents Starting from 10:30 am, on Tuesday 14/01/2020, for a Non-Refundable Fee of 100 ILS from the GCMHP Headquarter in Tal El Hawa, Street Number 8, Eastern the Rosary Sisters School in Gaza City. A Session will be Held at 12:00 Pm on Thursday 16/01/2020 to Answer Any Question Related to the Tender at GCMHP Headquarter. The Final Date for Submitting the Sealed Tender Envelops is at 12:00 Pm on Sunday 19/01/2020, Envelopes will be Opened Publicly in Front of the Companies- Representatives on a Day Assigned Later, and All Applicants will be Contacted.

Special Conditions:
All Tenders shall be Accompanied by an Initial Insurance of (5'/- of the Tender Value) through Providing A Bank Guarantee or a Bank Check Authorized by a Bank Accredited by the Monetary Authority. The Insurance shall be Valid for a Minimum Period of 3 Months from the Time of Opening the Tenders.
- Prices shall be Provided in Dollar, Includes Vat.
- GCMHP shall not be Committed to Accepting the Lowest Price Offer.
- GCMHP Shall not be Responsible for Any Cash Amount Attached to the Tender.
- GCMHP may Cancel All of the Submitted Offers and Reissue the Tender Either in its Current
Form or upon Making Amendments to it.
