Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supplying (Engine Recycling Italian Water Pump C.W.P) for Al- Daura Power Station.

The Ministry of Electricity / GENERAL COMPANY OF ELECTRICITY PRODUCTION (GCEP)/Middlc region declares (for the first time) a new tender for Supplying (Engine recycling Italian water pump C.W.P) for Al- Daura Power Station, with an estimated price (150, 000)$ one hundred and fifty thousand USD on the operating budget of 2018 on the account (323) backup tools.

Now invites the eligible bidders and experienced to submit their offers for the Tender above with note the following:

(from Sunday to Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. as described in the instructions to bidders).

2- Qualifications requirements (as indicated in the tender documents).

3- A complete set of the bidding documents could be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address written in following, and upon payment (100, 000) one hundred thousand Iraqi dinars non-refundable fee unless in case the tender has cancelled by the COMPANY (the documents payment will be refunded without compensations).

4- Bids must be delivered to the address (Baghdad, Grnada Sq., Building No. 166, St. No. 19, Sector 109, P.O. Box 1058) at or before (Thursday, 1/11/2018) at 12:00 p.m. . In case of closing date comes cross an official holiday, the closing date shall be at the same time in the day which follow the holiday. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the same closing day or the following day in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in person. The COMPANY in unobligated to accept the lower prices, and the successful bidder will be held responsible to pay the fees of publishing and advertising. Be advised that the required origins and the requested amounts are according to the attached international economical form within part 2/ section 6 in the tender documents.

Please consider the following:

• The unseal date shall be same time for the closing date or in the followed day.

• The Bidder shall submit the Bid Submission Form using the form famished in Section IV (Bidding forms).

This form must be completed without any alteration to its format, and no substitutes shall be accepted. All blank spaces shall be filled in with the information requested.

• If the bidders fails to comply with the standard documents, their bid will be excluded.

• The Bidder shall submit the Price schedules for Goods and Related Services, according to their origin as
appropriate, using the forms furnished in (Bidding Forms).

The COMPANY unobligated to accept the lower prices.
