Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supplying of Devices and Software for Survey Units.

Tender Fees: IQD 500000/- non-refundable.

Bid Bond: IQD 12000000/-.

Competent and Specialized companies, financial abilities who are interested to participate in the a/m tender may visit the Oil Exploration Company /head quarter in the building of Ministry of Oil to obtain tender documents in which the technical specifications, the contractual conditions and standard documents are described against an non-refundable amount of (500.000 ID ) (Five hundred thousand ID) .
Bidders must submit a bid bond in favor of OEC with an amount of ( 12.000.000 ID) (twelve millions Iraqi Dinars) in the form of bank guarantee from any Iraqi accredited bank with a validity period (90 days).
The closing date of submitting offers is on Sunday (29 / 7 / 2018) at 11:00 am in the second floor of our company in the building of Ministry of Oil .The validity of the offers should be not less than (90 days) .The meeting of answering enquires of bidder will be on Sunday 22 / 7/2018 at 10:00 am .
Offers will be opened in public on Monday 30 / 7 /2018
