Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR G-114-24C
Supply/Delivery of Office Supplies
1. The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the General Fund (PEO-Planning, PESO, PHO) intends to apply the sum of ₱ 301, 000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB No. G-114-24C. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 10 calendar days (PEO-Planning, PESO and 15 calendar days (PHO). Complete delivery shall be strictly observed by the supplier and no partial delivery shall be allowed except in meritorious cases such as fortuitous event, or by act of the Government or upon the approval of the Head of the Procuring Entity.
Bidders should have completed, for the last 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
