Description : Supply of Vvvf Ac Drive, for Main Hoist of 15/2 Ton Eot Crane, the Ac Drive Capacity Shall be of Minimum 90Kw/120Hp Squirrel Cage Induction Motor, Crane Duty Motor, 3Ph, 415 V Ac, 50 Hz, 580 Rpm, Cdf 60% with 300 Starts Per Hour, .(With out Encoder Feed Back System )The Drive Shall have Suitable Curent Feed Back Control System to Speed Control of the Drive .The Drive Supply Shall Include Required Resistor for Dynamic Braking, Rfi Filter & Chopper. the Drive Shall have Provision to Work with Digital Input from 4 Notches of Existing Master Controller in Each Direction. Make of Ac Dirve: Dnafoss: Vlt Automation Fc-302 Series, Allen Bradely : Power Flex-700 Series, Siemens S-120 Series or Abb Acs 850 Series Only. the Dirve Shall have Diemsional Restriction As Follows: 405 Mm+/- 50Mm, (B)X370+/- 50Mm (W) X1000mm+/- 50Mm(H). the Drive Shall have Hmi Mounted on It to Display Various Operating Parameter in English. Hmi Shall be Capable of Editing Parameter with Fault Indication Facility. Drive Shall have Self Monitoring Watch Dog Facility. Complete Set of Communication Cable Suitable Adopter, Driver Software Etc., Shall be Supplied Along with Drive to Communicate with Laptop & Ac Drive. the Drive Shall be Tested at Rwf & Tuned Parameters Shall be Given in Soft Copy at the Time of Inspection. Operating Manual in Hard Copy Shall be Supplied Along with Drive. Technical Litrature of the Drive Offered Shall be Included in Offer. Warranty: 12 Months from the Date of Supply or 18 Months from the Date of Commissioning
