Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Purchase and Supply of Vehicle for Nca Nigeria Country Office.

PURCHASE AND SUPPLY OF VEHICLE FOR NCA NIGERIA COUNTRY OFFICE.

1. All the Supplies are for a humanitarian project in Maiduguri, Borno State

2. All supplies are to be delivered by the company to Maiduguri, Borno State, Nigeria including casual and technical needs, managing shipment, insurance, documentation, necessary clearance, and other logistical activities related to this service/supply.

3. The offered prices shall be quoted in Naira only.

4. Tenderer must meet the following criteria

• Proof of company registration to operate in Nigeria (Cooperate Affairs Commission, CAC)

• Authorization by all relevant government agencies to carry out required supplies and services.

• A licensed and approved automobile dealer in Nigeria.

• Valid and functional company Tax Identification Number, TIN

• Experience in similar supplies/services in the past preferably with I/NGOs

5. All offers, in English language only, must be delivered to the office mentioned below by 17:00 hrs Nigerian Time 26 October, 2021. Late bids will be rejected. Applicants with questions regarding this tender should send then in writing (fax or email) up to 20 October, 2021.

6. Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the Tender Dossier. Tenderers or their authorized representative can be present at the opening of tenders.

7. Tender documents will be available from 6 October-24 October, 2021. Interested tenderers may obtain the Tender Dossier in English at no cost from the Contracting Authority mentioned below or via the email: procurement.ng@nca.no
