Prequalifications are invited for Supply of Tyres, Tubes and Batteries.

1. SOS Children's Villages Uganda intends to carry out a prequalification process for supply and provision of the various goods, services and works. Applications are invited from interested eligible. competent and reputable firms for the provision of goods. works and services.

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance SOS Children's Mines Uganda procurement and disposal guidelines and is open to NI bidders. Prequalification documents shall be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked: "Pre-qualification document for provision of various Goods/Supplies, Services and Works".

4. Prequalification bidding documents will be purchased by interested bidders from SOS Children's Wages Uganda National Office Plot 53 Ntinda II Road and various up country locations upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100, 000 (One Hundred Thousand Shillings Only) and payment will be by cash deposit to SOS Children's Wages Trust account (USHS). Account number 9030005650010 at any Stanbic Bank Branch, bidders shall Men submit bank deposit slips to the SOS finance department at National Office and at the various upcountry locations upon which they wil receive a receipt as confirmation of the funds on the account

5. Bids shall be delivered to SOS Children's Villages Uganda — National Office and the various upcountry locations (Gulu, Fort portal. Kakiri and Entebbe) by 13" February 2020 at 2:00 pm. Late bids shall be rejected.
