Quotation are invited for Supply of Twenty-Two and Half Tonnes (22.5t) of Chemical Fertilizers Intended for the Fertilization of Seed Fields of the Societe De Developpement Du Cocoa (Sodecao).

Consistency of services:
The consistency of the service includes: the supply, transport, handling and reception of twenty-two and a half tons (22.5t) of chemical fertilizers, intended for fertilizing the seed fields of the Cocoa Development Company ( SODECAO).

Acquisition of the file:
The Consultation File can be viewed and withdrawn at the SODECAO Markets Department, SDAA Building, door 17, Tel: 222 30 45 44, upon presentation of a receipt for payment to the CAS-ARMP Special Account n ° 335988 of the sum fifteen thousand (15, 000) CFA francs, issued by the International Bank of Cameroon for Savings and Credit (BICEC).

Provisional bond:
Subject to rejection, each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a bank or an authorized financial institution of 1 st order by the Ministry in charge of finance, valid for thirty (30) days beyond of the original date of validity of the offers and amounting to one hundred and fifty thousand (150, 000) FCFA.
The administrative documents required for the file must be less than three (03) months old, with regard to the registration certificate, the trade register, the certificate of non-bankruptcy, the certificate of non-royalty and bank domiciliation certificate; and have been produced after the date of signature of this Notice of Consultation, with regard to the CNPS certificate, the purchase receipt for the Consultation File, the bid bond and the certificate of non-exclusion of the ARMP.
