Tenders are invited for Supply of Tubulars with Premium Thread.

Gazprom Neft Badra B.V., the Operator of the Contract for Development and Production Service Contract for the Badra Contract Area, announces

Legal entities, domestic Iraqi and foreign companies having experience in implementation of similar projects and which are allowed, by the legislation of the Republic of Iraq and/or by their country of registration, to Supply Goods in/to the Republic of Iraq may participate in the Tender.

Tender #1147 - PROCUREMENT OF TUBULARS FOR DRILLING HORIZONTAL SIDETRACKS ON

BADRA OILFIELD

Please be informed that the Bidders may receive the Tender Documentation under any Lot of this Tender upon submission of a written request (made on the Bidder's letterhead and signed by the authonzed representative) clearly specifying the LOT for which they are applying, indicating the full name of the Bidder, phone, fax. post address, e-mail address for sending the Tender Documentation and full name and position of the contact person to the following Operator s e-mail address:

Upon receipt of a written request from the Bidder, the Operator will send the Tender Documentation to such Bidder by e-mail without any responsibility for loss or late delivery.
In order to be eligible to quote LOT 1 or/and LOT 2 under Tender #1147, the Bidders shall meet the following minimal qualification criteria:

Bidder shall provide certificates confirming compliance of the goods with the requirements for the Goods specified in Tender Documentation;

Bidder shall have experience in supply of the similar Goods for not less than 3 years:
The Operator will estimate the bids based on the following criteria:

- Commercial proposal;
- Goods Supply Schedule:
- Payment Terms;
- Bidder fully acceptance of the terms and conditions of the contract;

The Operator reserves the right to reject any bid submitted by the Bidder under any Lot of this Tender, or terminate any Lot of this Tender, at any time prior to award of the control without incurring any liability towards any Bidder submitted the bid or justifying the grounds for such actions.
