Quotation are invited for Supply of 1, 250 Tents.

Summary:
Vendors are invited to submit a quotation for 1, 250 tents, which must meet the following minimum specifications:
- 6 person capacity
- 90% cotton and 10% polyester canvas
- 4x6 M floor space
- Natural colour
- Water and rot proofed with accessories.
- Centre height 1.90m.
- Wall height 0.9m.
- Double fly/with groundsheet (4x6 M) standard version.
Submission Requirements:
1. Detailed BoQ - stamped
2. Detailed pricing, and price breakdown - stamped
3. Printed BoQ and pricing - no handwriting
4. No correction pen on any document
5. Proposals in sealed envelopes
6. Place a CD containing soft copies of the documents in the envelope
7. Put the RFQ title, ref# and vendor name on the envelope and CD
8. Put the RFQ ref# and name on each page of your quotation
9. No email submission
10. Quotation currency: United States Dollars.
11. If the submission deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, the next working day will be the new deadline
