(Bank statement or certificate should be issued maximum one month before publishing IFT).(e) Experience certificate of similar supply of Goods of at least Tk 8 (eight) Lakh under a single contract successfully completed within last 03 (Three) years in government/semi government/autonomous organization.(f) Tenderer must submit certification from manufacturer or authorized distributor in order to prove genuinity of the product and validity of warranty from manufacturer.(g) Supply period must be within the period described in TDS.(h) Sample can be seen from FM division-1 if required.(k) Tenderer should submit specimen of items at F.M. Division-1 within 10 days after opening . Specimen may be accepted or rejected in preliminary technical evaluation depending upon conformity of specimen with the technical specification and quality described in tender document.(l) Other documents as specified in TDS, PCC & Technical specifications and compliance of Goods and related services(Form e-PG2-3)
