These electronic documents are submitted simultaneously. The application for participation in the electronic auction, as well as all correspondence and documentation related to the application for participation in the electronic auction, must be onwritten in Russian. Documents included in the application for participation in the auction, the originals of which are issued to the electronic auction participant by third parties in another language, may be submitted in that language, provided that they are accompanied by a properly certified translation into Russian. Documents and information sent in the form of electronic documents by an electronic auction participant must be signed by an intensified qualifiedby electronic signature of the person entitled to act on behalf of the participant in such an auction, respectively. A participant in an electronic auction has the right to submit only one application for participation in such an auction.
