Request for proposals are invited for Supply of Supply and Fit Tires and Tubes

The Council will require tenders to submit the following information alongside the tender documents:
• A certified copy of an official statement o! the Directors, Alternative directors managers and auditors of the company (for Swaziland firms: Form `J`)
• A certified copy of an official statement of the annual summary of shares capital and Share (for Swaziland firms: Form C`)
• Certified copy of the current Labour Compliance Certificate.
• A certified Copy of the current SNPF Compliant Certificate
• A Certified Copy of Current Trading License
• Original/Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
• Financial Statements for tho previous year
• Police clearance certificate for ALL Directors
• Certified far Product duality standards (SWASA, CIC, SABS ISO)"
