Tenders are invited for SUPPLY, SUPERVISION AND ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT OF LICENSED AND QUALIFIED OPERATORS FOR IOM TRUCKS, HEAVY MACHINERY AND LIGHT VEHICLES.
The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Provider for the SUPPLY, SUPERVISION AND ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT OF LICENSED AND QUALIFIED OPERATORS FOR IOM TRUCKS, HEAVY MACHINERY AND LIGHT VEHICLES for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.
IOM now invites Service Providers to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: supervision and administrative management of licenses and qualified operators for IOM trucks, heavy machinery and light vehicles. A complete set of Request for Proposal (including Terms of Reference (TOR)) is available for issuance to Interested Bidders at IOM Juba Office or you may request it through email address at issjp@iom.int .
The Service Provider will be selected under a Quality –Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.
The RFP includes the following documents:

Section III. Financial Proposal – Standard Forms
Section IV. Terms of Reference
Section V. Standard Form of Contract
The Proposals must be delivered by hand or through mail to IOM with office address at Juba, New Industrial Area Northern Bari, Juba South Sudan, or through email address issjp@iom.int on or before 17th of July, 2018. No late proposal shall be accepted.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers.
