Restriction: Mandatory Requirements: Full registered name of organizational : Copy of valid VAT certificate ; Copy of tax clearance and PACRA certificate (computer printout); Copy of certificate of registration/incorporation ; Company probe 6 Full banking details and financial capably of company (please attach the latest audited financial statements (not more than 24 months); Names of Directors and their residential addresses; Certified copy of registration with regulatory body ; A minimum of three (3) references ; A reference letter from a professions! services firm (Bankers, Auditors or Lawyers) should be attached; Certified Copy ZPPA certificate ; All other Regulatory Registrations. Finca Zambia shall undertake preliminary evaluations and only successful firms will be notified. Late submissions will be rejected.
