Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply of Scholastic & Sports Materials NRC Yumbe Office.

Bidders are advised to pick bid documents from NRC Offices in Kampala and Yumbe starting January 17th to January 28*, 2019 from 8:30am to 12:30pm and from 2:30pm to 4:30pm.

Bidders should attach all the required documents as required in the bid documents.

Completed tender documents must be submitted enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender reference number to NRC Kampala Office and deposited in the tender box provided at the office not later than 1000 hours on January 31", 2018 as per procurement schedule below.

Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders who may wish to attend the session on the date indicated in the schedule.

Norwegian Refugee Council reserves the Right to Accept or reject any tender application and is not bound to give reasons for this decision thereof.

NB. Late bids will be rejected.
