Submission of bids
Each offer written in French or English in seven (07) copies including one (01) original and six (06) copies, must be sent under cover to the Departmental Delegation of Public Procurement of Nyong and Kellé (Procurement Service) ) at the ESEKA sub-prefecture no later than 22 March 2019 at 12 noon sharp and must bear the following words:

Provisional bond
Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents a tendering security, in the form indicated in the Request for Quotation (CD), of an amount equal to five hundred thousand (500, 000) FCFA, drawn up by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and listed in the (DC), valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers.
