Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply of Personal Protective Equipment, Various Equipment, Materials and Accessories

This supply consists of two (02) lots:
▪ Lot 1: Supply of various equipment, materials and accessories;
▪ Lot 2: supply of personal protective equipment and accessories

Candidates can consult free of charge or withdraw the Invitation to Tender File from the address of
CEP PARCSI against a non-refundable payment of thirty thousand (30, 000) CFA Francs. Payment will
be made at the cash desk of the PARCSI Accounting Agency. The tender dossier will be delivered to
the tenderer directly on a USB key, or by courier and on physical medium after payment.

The qualification requirements are:
a) Have achieved an average annual turnover of all commercial activities
per batch calculated over the last three (03) years (2018-2019-2020) or (2019-2020-
2021):
o Lot 1: seventy-two million (72, 000, 000) CFA Francs;
o Lot 2: eighteen million (18, 000, 000) CFA Francs.
b) Have performed over the past three (03) years ((2018-2019-2020) or (2019- 2020-2021), two similar contracts for each lot in the amount of:
o Lot 1: sixty-four million (64, 000, 000) CFA Francs;
o Lot 2: sixteen million (16, 000, 000) CFA Francs.
c) Tenders must include a tender guarantee per lot, established by a bank, a financial body or a third party approved by the Minister in charge of finance:
o Lot 1: one million two hundred thousand (1, 200, 000) CFA Francs;
o Lot 2: three hundred thousand (300, 000) CFA Francs.
d) The tenderer must have a bank certificate showing that he has access financing (line of credit or liquid assets) for each batch of a amount of about:
o Lot 1: twenty million (20, 000, 000) CFA Francs;
o Lot2: five million (5, 000, 000) CFA Francs
