Tender More Details : The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites registered suppliers to submit tenders to supply, deliver, and off-load 100 gallons low sheen emulsion paints, 300 gallons flat emulsion paints, 60 gallons oil paints and 450 gallons primer at the Colbeck Housing Development, Phases 1 & 2, St. Catherine.

LOCATION:
The property is located approximately 2.7 km north west of Old Harbour Town centre, along the St. Catherine and Clarendon border and close to communities such as the Aviary, Old Harbour Glades and New Harbour Village in the parish of St. Catherine.

ELIGIBILITY FOR TENDER:
Tenderers must provide:
 Evidence of tax compliance.
 A copy of a valid Public Procurement Commission (PCC)/National Contracts Commission (NCC) registration certificate in the category of
Hardware and Haberdashery.

COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS:
Bid packages are available for download from the GOJ`s e-procurement website at e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm, from Wednesday, March 11, 2020.

RETURN OF TENDERS:
