Tender More Details : The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites suppliers registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) to submit tenders for the supply, delivery and off-loading of 43, 500 bags of ordinary Portland cement at the Colbeck Housing Development Phase 1&2 in St. Catherine.

LOCATION:

The property is located along the St. Catherine and Clarendon border being approximately 2.7 km north west of the Old Harbour Town Centre.

ELEGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Tenderers must provide:
„X Evidence of tax compliance.
„X Copy of a valid PPC / National Contracts Commission (NCC) registration certificate in the category of Hardware &
Haberdashery.

N.B: Tender Security in the amount of JA$400, 000.00 is required.
