Tender More Details : Petrojam Limited hereby invites bids from bidders for the Supply of Piping and Vessel Insulation Materials at its Refinery located at 96 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston.

Eligibility Criteria
Interested bidders are required to submit the following with their bids:
1. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate or Tax Compliance Letter;
2. A valid copy of the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) [formerly NCC] Certificate of Registration in the category of Industrial, Construction Equipment and Machinery OR Industrial, Construction Equipment, Machinery, Parts and Supplies

Collection of Bidding Documents
Bidding Documents in English will be available for download as at Tuesday, January 28, 2020 on the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement website www.gojep.gov.jm. Registration instructions are available on the website listed on the system. Registration is required for bidders to participate in the Tender.

Clarifications
Request for clarification will be accommodated up to Monday, February 17, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. sharp. All clarification will be facilitated through the electronic platform only (www.gojep.gov.jm)

Deadline for Submission of Bids
Bids shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the bid closing and must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm no later than Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.

Bid Opening
Online Bid Opening takes place on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at 2:05 p.m. An online bid opening report will be sent to all bidders that submitted a proposal.
