SUPPLY OF FUEL FOR THE INUR SAKATO POWER-PLANT IN O-CUSSE AMBENO ON LONG TERM /STANDING OFFER AGREEMENT BASIS

Dear Sir/Madam,

1. The Regio Administrativa Especial de O-Cusse Ambeno e Zonas Especiais de Economia Social de Mercado - Repblica Democrtica de Timor-Leste (RAEOA-ZEESM TL) is hereby inviting all interested and eligible bidders to submit their bids for the Supply ofFuel for the Inur Sakato Power-Plant in O-Cusse Ambeno, Timor-Leste.

2. The RAEOA-ZEESM TL Authority intends to form a non-exclusive Standing Offer Agreement for the Supply of Fuel on Long Term basis for the overall period of three (3) years: two (2) years initial contract with possibility of extension for the next one year, subject to the satisfactory performance of the supplier and availability of funds.

3. Interested eligible bidders mayobtain further information from the RAEOA-ZEESM TL Procurement and Logistics Department at the address below, during office hours: 09:00 to 17:00.
