Description: 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of non-sterile gloves, the detailed description and scope of which is included in Annex 1 to the ToR.

2. The Purchaser does not allow the submission of partial offers. The subject of the order is 1 task.

3. If names, trademarks or product types, standards, certificates are indicated in the documentation - the Awarding Entity allows offering equivalent solutions, provided that they ensure obtaining technical parameters equal to or higher than those specified in the documentation.

4. The Contractor, who refers to solutions equivalent to the products described by the Employer, is obliged to demonstrate in the offer, without doubt, that the products offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Employer (pursuant to Article 30 (5) of the Act Public Procurement).

5. The expiry date of the delivered assortment must be - min. 12 months from the date of delivery of the goods to the headquarters of the Employer.
