Tender Details
Supply of mri compatible physiological monitors. There is a current need to replace four (4) units.
Ideally the units will be portable and have the ability to integrate with the organization`s cerner system and be compatible with both 1.5t and 3t mri`s; these units will also need to be compatible across a full patient spectrum from neonates to bariatric adults. They will need to provide measurements for, co2 monitoring, ecg, nibp, anesthetic agents, temperature, spo2 and art line monitoring and should include a/c power and battery back-up, with the capability of having ecg and spo2 measurements transmitted wirelessly.
Due to the existing network framework, the following are essential requirements for any potential device to accommodate in order to be approved for purchase and implementation.
Any potential wi-fi device would need to be used on the organization`s existing wi-fi network and shared ssid.
Any potential wi-fi device would need to support wpa2/aes or 802.1x authentication and must support either 802.11a, g or n protocol (802.11b is not supported).
If the proposed device needs to run on its own network, it cannot interfere with existing networks and therefore would need to operate on a frequency other than 2400-2475 mhz and/or 5170-5815 mhz.
Please keep these limitations in mind when considering a response to this proposal.
