Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply of Medals and Trophies for Sports Programs in Year 2020.

Document Fee: QAR 1, 000/-, non-refundable.

Bid Bond: QAR 13, 000/-.

The Tender Document can be obtained against cash payment of non-refundable tender fees along with Company Authorization letter copy of valid Commercial Registration (CR) and QID copy of the nominated person collecting the Tender Document A cash receipt voucher can be obtained from the "Finance Directorate located at Qatar Foundation Headquarters Building, First Floor. Room No. 1116 prior to the collection of the Tender Document.

Complete copy of the company commercial registration with names of the individual partners should be submitted For companies with corporate partner owners the commercial registration of the corporate partners reflecting its individual owners should be submitted together as part of the tender requirement.
