THE PAN AFRICAN VETERINARY VACCINE CENTRE OF THE AFRICAN UNION - DEBRE ZEIT, ETHIOPIA: SUPPLY OF LABORATORY EQUIPMENT
The Pan African Veterinary Vaccine Centre the of African Union has secured funds for the procurement of the above mentioned goods and ancillary services, and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the SUPPLY OF LABORATORY EQUIPMENT
Bidding is open to all bidders who can demonstrate that:
Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract;
Not be insolvent, in receivership, bankrupt or being wound up or subject to legal proceedings for any of these circumstances;
Not have had business activities suspended by any national authority;
Have fulfilled any obligations to pay taxes and social security contributions within the Country specified for delivery of the Goods;
Not to have any conflict of interest in relation to this procurement requirement; and
Not subject to suspension by the Commission of the African Union.
