Supply of Labor, Equipment & Materials for the Proposed Repair of Passenger Holding Area, Port of Cagayan de Oro
The Philippine Ports Authority, PMO Misamis Oriental/Cagayan de Oro, through the PPA Corporate Budget for CY 2019 intends to apply the sum of P 995, 786.03 being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Proposed Repair of Passenger Holding Area, Port of Cagayan de Oro. Bids received in excess of
the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
1. The PPA, PMO Cagayan de Oro invites potential Bidders with Platinum membership in PhilGeps to apply for eligibility and to bid for the Supply of Labor, Equipment & Materials for the Proposed Repair of Passenger Holding Area, Port of Cagayan de Oro. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated on a "pass/fail" basis. Submission of the accomplished Eligibility Documents and bids/canvass to the BAC Secretariat is on June 21, 2019, 8:30AM at the GAD Hall of PPA, PMO-Building #2, (formerly PDO Bldg.), Port Area, Gate 4, Brgy. Puntod, Cagayan de Oro City. Opening of Bids/Canvass shall be on June 21, 2019, 9:00 AM of the same venue.
2. A canvass form may be purchased by interested Bidders and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (Php1, 000.00).
3. Procurement will be conducted in consonance with Section 53.9 (Small Value Procurement) of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184, per GPPB resolution No. 03-2009, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act". Only sealed bids/canvass from eligible bidders will be opened and a contract will only be awarded to the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder who was determined as such during post-qualification.
4. The PPA, PMO Misamis OrientallCagayan de Oro reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at anytime prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
