Expression of Interest are invited for Supply of Kits, Installation and Commissioning of a Geolocation System Allowing to Carry out Timing Monitoring Real and Deferred Tank Trucks and Volumes of Petroleum Products Transported

Consistency of services:
The services, subject of this Notice of Solicitation for Expressions of Interest, include:
the supply and commissioning of geolocation modules, including installation and configuration costs with consideration of a camera on the tractor and a module on the tank in accordance with the specifications;
the settings and integration of the specific needs of the CSPH into the geolocation platform;
supply and commissioning of the fuel gauge, including installation and configuration costs;
hosting locally (on the server provided by the CSPH) and on a remote site, as well as platform maintenance;
follow-up and telephone support for users;
the subscription and connectivity costs of the GPS module (internet and SMS operator 1);
the subscription and connectivity costs of the GPS module (operator 2 internet and SMS);
establishment of a security certificate, drawn up by ANTIC or any other organization, to be submitted to the CSPH upon provisional acceptance of the services.
