Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply of IT and Telecom Equipment and Materials.

Lot 1 - Miscellaneous Equipment;

Lot 2 - Cisco, Polycom Equipment;

Lot 3 - Motorola Equipment;

Lot 4 - Software and Licenses;

Lot 5 - HP, Kingston, Samsung, Synology, Seagate Equipment.

In order to be eligible to quote complete Scope of Supply in Tender, the Bidders shall meet also the following minimal qualification criteria:

- Bidder to submit proof of validation by CISCO (along with EOI) to supply equipment to Iraq;

- Bidder to submit proof of validation by HP (along with EOI) to supply equipment to Iraq;

- Bidder to submit proof of validation by Motorola (along with EOI) to supply equipment to Iraq;

- Bidder have an ability and past experience in delivery of such or similar materials into Iraq; The Operator will estimate the bids based on the following criteria:

- Commercial proposal for each LOT separately;

- Work execution Schedule;

- Payment Terms;

- Supplier's ability in materials delivery and importation to Iraq;

- Place of delivery (Badra Oil Field at Wasit province, Republic of Iraq);

Bids should conform to the requirements of the Tender documentation. The Operator reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids, at any time prior to award of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders or any obligations to inform the affected bidder or bidders of the ground for the Operator-s action.

Bidders interested in participating in above mentioned tender may obtain full set of Tender Documentation after submission of a written application together with sufficient information confirming that the company meets the minimum criteria set out above (submitted on the letterhead signed by an authorized person) and containing full name of company, mail address, phone, fax, e-mail address, full name of contact person and his e-mail address. Such applications shall be sent to Gazprom Neft Badra B.V. Contract and Procurement Department by email to Tenders-Materials@QazDromneft-badra.com.

The Tender Documentation shall be sent by e-mail without any responsibility for loss or late arrival only after submission of a written application as noted above.
