Tenders are invited for Supply of Iron Sheets.
World Vision is a Christian relief, development and advocacy organization whose purpose is to create lasting change in the lives of children, families, and communities living in poverty. Consistent with its Christian Values, World Vision is dedicated to working with the world’s most vulnerable people. In Rwanda, World Vision has been part of the country’s experience and journey since 1994 working through relief, rehabilitation, and development programs.
World Vision Rwanda hereby invites qualified firms/companies to participate in the competition on open and equal conditions for the supply of various items.
Terms of Reference may be obtained from World Vision Rwanda Head Office located at Kacyiru from 1st October 2018 upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwanda Francs (10, 000 Rwf) deposited to the account #0010083813839701 labeled "WORLD VISION RWANDA" opened at the "ECOBANK".
Lot 2: Supply of Iron sheets
Well printed Proposals written in English, properly bound and presented in two copies of which, an original and one copy must reach, in sealed envelopes at World Vision Head offices located in Kigali at Kacyiru, P.O Box 1419, Tel: 0788308924/6/7/8 latest 22nd October 2018 at 10:00 am local time.
Late bids will be rejected and bidders should sign in the tender register at the main gate.
The Proposal will remain valid for 90 days starting from the deadline for their submission. The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on 22nd October 2018 at 10:30 am local time at World Vision offices Board room.
