Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Solar Water Heaters at Brown Sequard Mental Health Care Centre

Any clarification sought by any bidder shall be addressed in writing to the Senior Chief Executive,
Ministry of Health and Quality of Life, 10th Floor, Emmanuel Anquetil Building, SSR Street, Port Louis, Attn:
Assistant Manager Procurement and Supply, Bidding and Awards Section, Fax No: 211 6850 / 211
6864 so as to reach him at least fifteen (15) days before the deadline for the submission of the bids.
5. Bids in sealed envelope clearly marked “Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of
Solar Water Heaters at Brown Sequard Mental Health Care Centre, (MHPQ/NP/WKS&S/Solar/2018-
2019/Q93)” and indicating the closing date should be addressed to the Senior Chief Executive, Ministry
of Health and Quality of Life and deposited in the Bid Box at the under-mentioned address or sent by
Courier Service or Registered Mail so as to reach the Senior Chief Executive, Ministry of Health and
Quality of Life on or before Wednesday 10 April 2019 up to 10.00 hours (local time) at latest.

6. Bids will be opened in the Conference Room of the Ministry of Health and Quality of Life on the same
day at 10.15 hrs in the presence of bidders/ bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
7. A Site Visit has been scheduled for Thursday 14 March 2019 at 14.00 hours at the Brown Sequard
Mental Health Care Centre.
