Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the Pension Administration System.

The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission ol a written application to the address below at 8(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee ot UGX 1, 000.000/= (Uganda Shillings; One Million Only). The method of payment will be by bank to National Social Security Fund account number 0100005004 at CITI Bank Uganda next to Kampala Club & Shanghai Hotel

Bids must be delivered to the address indicated in paragraph 8(a) at or before 01/08/2018 at 11:00AM. Alt bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX160 Million (Uganda Shillings: One Hundred and Sixty Million). Tne bid security must be valid until 07/02/2019. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened on 01/08/2018 at 11:30AM in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
