Quotation are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Hybrid Solar Systems at NIS Kano State Command, Kano.
Solar Capacity: 14.6 KWP
Battery Capacity: 110.4 kWh at C20.

1. Company profile with curriculum of key personnel, Registration address, Functional email address and contact phone number
2. Evidence of incorporation of the company with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
3. Evidence of Current Tax Clearance Certificate (2016 & 2017)
4. Evidence of previous similar projects undertaken including scope of project, site of project, evidence of successful completion of the project, final evaluation certificates, contact details of the clients
5. Evidence of current audited account of the firm 2016 & 2017
6. Evidence of financial capability (bank statement for the last 6 month).
7. Evidence of Health, safety & environment competence
8. Evidence of Public Liability insurance policy .

IOM may grant an advance payment equivalent to maximum of 15% of the Contract Amount upon submission of a claim and a Bank Guarantee for the equivalent amount valid until the goods are delivered and in the form provided in Annex E.
