Tender More Details : The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites registered Public Procurement Commission (PPC) or National Contracts Commission (NCC) contractors to submit tenders to supply, deliver and off-load roof covering materials at the Yeast Plant Housing Development, Westmoreland.

LOCATION:
Yeast Plant is located along the Main Road from Savannah-La-Mar to Grange Hill and is north-northwest of Savannah-La-Mar and approximately 8 km from the town¡¦s center and 5 km outside of Grange Hill, in the parish of Westmoreland.

SCOPE OF WORKS:
The contractor will be required to supply, deliver and install roof covering for six (6) two (2) bedroom and six (6) studio units at the Yeast Plant Housing Development, located in the parish of Westmoreland.

ELIGIBILITY FOR TENDER:
Tenderers must provide:
„XEvidence of tax compliance.
„XA copy of a valid Public Procurement Commission (PCC) /NCC registration certificate with a Grade 4 rating in the category of Roofing.

RETURN OF TENDERS
