Expression of Interest are invited for Supply, Installation, Implementation, Testing, Training, Commission­Ing and Maintenance of an Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP).

National Research Fund was established under the ST&I Act No. 28, Section 32, of 2013 with a mandate to mobilize, al­locate and manage financial resources to facilitate an effective national innovation system that would create required knowledge and innovations m all fields of Science and Technology for the growing economy.

National Research Fund invites qualified bidders to express interest in the Supply, Installation, Implementation Testing; Training, Commissioning and Maintenance of an Enterprise Resource Planning system. The intended software is geared towards developing a scalable solution that will enable the National Research Fund to integrate its business systems and operations on one platform. The software should integrate, among other modules; Finance and Accounting, Human Re­source and payroll, Inventory, Supply Cham Management, Legal services and Grants management The software should provide secure web-based portal for re mote access and remote users.

Interested applicants are requested to provide information demonstrating to have the required qualification and relevant experience to undertake the assignment.

The short-listing criteria are:-

· The firm should demonstrate a minimum of 5 yrs of experience in carrying out similar assignments.

· Technical and managerial capabilities (qualified personnel with appropriate skills).

· Copies of relevant government registration license(s).

· Copy of company Registration certificate

· Copy of a valid tax compliance

· Copy of PIN certificate
