1. This national invitation to tender follows the general procurement notice AGPM No. 011/2016 / OTR / CG / PAGFI / RPM of 06 June 2016, published on 08 June 2016 in the national daily Togo -Press, June 10, 2016 in UNDB Online and on the website of the African Development Bank Group.
2. The Government of the Togolese Republic has obtained from the African Development Fund (ADF) under the Transition Support Facility (TAF), a donation and a loan in various currencies, for the financing of the Project of Support to Transition Tax Governance (PAGFI). It is intended that a portion of the proceeds of the donation will be allocated to the eligible regulations forming part of the contract for the supply, installation and commissioning of multipoint videoconferencing equipment.
