Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Minor Equipment for Pharmaceutical Quality Control Laboratory for Government Analyst Division
Any clarification sought by any bidder shall be addressed in writing to the Senior Chief Executive,
Ministry of Health and Quality of Life, 10th Floor, Emmanuel Anquetil Building, SSR Street, Port Louis, Attn:
Manager, Procurement and Supply, Fax No.: 2116850 / 2116864 so as to reach him at least fourteen
(14) days before the deadline for the submission of the bids.
5. Bids in sealed envelope clearly marked “Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Minor
Equipment for Pharmaceutical Quality Control Laboratory for Government Analyst Division.
MHPQ/NP/EQ/PQCL/GAD/2018-2019/Q226FT” and indicating the closing date should be addressed to the
Senior Chief Executive, Ministry of Health and Quality of Life and deposited in the Bid Box at the undermentioned address or sent by Courier Service or Registered Mail so as to reach the Senior Chief
Executive, Ministry of Health and Quality of Life on or before Wednesday 26 June 2019 up to 10.00
hours (local time) at latest.
Bids will be opened in the Conference Room of the Ministry of Health and Quality of Life on the
same day at 10.15 hrs, in the presence of bidders/ bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
