Tenders are invited for Supply of Inspection Equipment.

The offer shall be accompanied by an initial insurance of (0.5%) half a percent of the value.

Payment of a sum of money of (250 LYD) in return for purchasing the specifications and conditions brochure.

1- The deadline for submitting bids will be on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at twelve o'clock in the afternoon for Mr. // Rapporteur of the Bidding Committee at the headquarters of the Center's administration, and no bid will be accepted after the date.

2- The participant in the bid is obligated to confirm the validity of his offer for a period of ( 60 ) sixty days from the date of the last date for submitting the bids.

3- The offer shall be accompanied by an initial insurance of (0.5%) half a percent of the value of the total offer in the form of an unconditional and irrevocable letter of bank guarantee or a certified check in favor of the Center issued by one of the banks operating in Libya, provided that the validity of the guarantee is valid for a period of not less than one month. after the offer expires .

4- The accepted bidder must deposit, within 30 days from the day following his notification by a registered letter of acceptance of his bid, a final insurance equivalent to 2% of the value of what was awarded to him.
